At Hella Heels UK, we want you to feel confident in your footwear; if your heels aren't a perfect fit, you can return them within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Please ensure all items are unworn, in their original packaging, and show no signs of floor wear or scuffing.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Package Your Heels
Place the shoes back in their original Hella Heels box and use a protective outer mailing bag to prevent damage during transit.
Ship the Package
Print your generated return label and drop the package off at your nearest authorized courier point, ensuring you keep your proof of postage.
Quality Check & Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned items for quality, we will process your refund or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
